50 more masks out in the world! These went to @marchofdimescda yesterday. These will be used by nurses making home visits to clients with physical disabilities. Part of our family’s volunteer work with @sewingarmy which makes PPE for community groups for free. Our fam’s total now up to 270 masks (hoo boy).

As usual, team effort. This lovely fabric purchased from @studiofabricshop ; owner and Toronto-based designer Devorah Miller @redthread donated hundreds of yards of fabric to the cause and generously still donates some fabric with every order (thank you!). All those fabric ties were donated by another member.

I slogged through the first 25 masks and the speed picked up when my husband joined for the second half, with my son helping with the final packing .
